À New York, j’aime Smart Real Estate Offres. Immobilier à New York.

In New York City, I like Smart Real Estate Deals. I renovated a building after reading the book “Smart Real Estate Deals in the Bank Bailout Era and Beyond” by author Charles McKay , ISBN: 9781449077235 – Paperback. I purchased the book online over the internet. I found a new home after researching the listings to buy foreclosed properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, and the Hamptons. I did not want a residential apartment. I looked at luxury lofts, condos for sale, and rentals in Brooklyn . Houses for sale are better than renting. My cousin has a real estate license and she recommended green energy upgrades for this economy to save money. I’m near restaurants, theaters, the arts, and bars. It’s not a brownstone.

A great real estate investment book is “Smart Real Estate Deals in the Bank Bailout Era and Beyond.” I like the book because it’s updated, shows me how to save money, helps me if I’m in trouble with my mortgage, and lets me know how I can improve my property using Green Energy to both save money and to reduce carbon emissions therefore lowering global warming. Wow, now buildings contribute to global warming from carbon emissions ! I never knew all of the things that caused the bank bailout before I read “Smart Real estate deals in the bank bailout era and beyond” My sister likes that I can she was able to find alternative sources to get the money for the down payment for a house by reading this book. Green energy is helps with the environment so I’m really into this book.
I picked up the book after I saw it in the Harvard COOP in Harvard Square on my trip to Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Does the US Treasury plan mimic Glacier Concept Software?
Published May 14, 2009 Bank Loan Foreclosures , real estate development Leave a CommentThe US Treasury plan in mortgage loan modification appears to mimic what GlacierConcept.com software does in the refinancing tab in their Leverage Software for Real Estate download. Glacier Concept’s Leverage for Real Estate Investment software has had this feature for the last 2 years already, dating back to 2006. See the software download here http://www.glacierconcept.com/download/leverage1yeardot.exe
Note page 15 of the Leverage Tutorial PDF document. This tutorial has not changed for at least two years. The current downloadable software has 2 added features in the refinancing section that is not updated in the document though.

Similarly,
Leverage for Real Estate by Glacier Concept has an “Affordable” tab and pane in the software that’s been around since 2007. Is this where the more affordable mortgage idea came from? The software also determines what an affordable mortgage is for a family. Both are discussed by the inventor, Larry McKay, in this press release at Reuters on September 25, 2008 before the current administration came into office on the mortgage debt crisis. http://www.reuters.com/article/pressRelease/idUS215084+25-Sep-2008+BW20080925
McKay had the foresight to see how mortgage loan terms with the past real estate boom prices would not be met by families in the economic climate and implemented these features in the software to help home owners correct the problem and have more money for the household. McKay graduated from MIT, received his graduate degree from Brown University, and spent a number of years in financial services, software, and real estate industries. McKay wanted home owners, investors, and busineses in real estate to make faster and easier decisions that involve financing.
When I download the software, the contents of the software download and the binary have not changed for over 1.5 years and is located at this URL for a free trial download.

Download the software and install it to save money.
Glacier Concept has a partner program for sales and marketing companies and individuals that want to sell the software for high commissions to their customers. The software can be used by individual investors, home owners, mortgage companies, banks, real estate investment companies, accountants, real estate agents, brokers, loan servicers, and private equity companies.
